E' accaduto nella città celebre per le sue bellezze architettoniche. Si fanno per ora solo ipotesi sulle ragioni delle aggressioni e sui possibili responsabili. Sono però in molti a ritenere che la responsabilità vada attribuita a gruppi di estremisti islamici contrari all'attuale leadership guidata dal riformista Rouhani.

They are, however, many believe that the responsibility should be attributed to extremist Islamic groups opposed to the current leadership headed by reformist Rouhani.
