Ambrose questions "the competence of the Finance Minister"

Appearing amidst an audience of interested citizens at a community centre in east Ottawa, Bill Morneau seemed at one moment to be reading his own stage directions.
"The most important thing I'm doing today," he said, responding to a reporter's question, "yes, I'm reaffirming for Canadians that our approach to focus on growing the economy is the right approach."
The finance minister had said, in his prepared remarks, that he wanted to be "up front" with everyone. And so perhaps this was his doing that: stating precisely what he wanted to be taken away from this performance. But his interesting notion of economic policy is competing with a large number.
Morneau displayed an odd habit of telling his audience what he was telling them — half a dozen sentences prefaced with unnecessary transitions like "I can tell you" and "what I can tell you." And to another question, he similarly clarified that, "I'm here this morning to tell Canadians that we believe our plan to grow the economy is doubly important in the face of a volatile economic situation."

The filmmakers Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos have spent years working on his story and they've been talking to Jamie Coomarasamy about why they decided to embark on such a controversial project.

Fiji: ciclone spazza via interi villeggi, 80% popolazione senza elettricità

L’inviato di euronews a Barcellona, Claudio Rosmino: “Mobile is everithing.
