A Libyan warplane has crashed into a block of flats during a military display in the eastern city of Tobruk, killing the pilot and two residents and injuring nine others. It happened about a mile from the seat of Libya’s parliament. The crash was captured on video. The plane had been flying over the city to honour another pilot whose plane crashed last week.
