At least 3 injured after 'gunman fires Kalashnikov' on Amsterdam-Paris train
At least three people have been injured after a man reportedly armed with an AK-47 rifle opened fire on a Thalys high-speed train between Amsterdam and Paris.
The man, who also had a knife, was overpowered by passengers, reports the La Voix du Nord newspaper.
The shooting occurred near the town of Arras in northern France around 6:00 pm. local time (1600 GMT) .
