UPDATE: There have been a lot of questions and comments from people that do not have a grasp of the facts or the law. I am attorney David A. McLaughlin with Morgan & Morgan Memphis, LLC. My 14 year old son filmed this tragic event. He stopped recording because he did not know whether it was allowed and was quite shocked, as we all were, in the aggressive tone taken towards us. He now understands his rights.
