E dunque anche Agosto è arrivato, con il suo sol leone, con le vacanze a tutti i costi, con le mammine che danno il pargolo al padre per capire se sono ancora illibate assieme al fustaccio di turno, che per gonfiare il petto e sgonfiare la pancia ha speso più delle ferie stesse per poi rischiare di fallire malamente con un rifiuto, dopo che la malaugurata farfalla si è accorta che il fuco è invece una formica.
Ma è anche il mese della fine delle convections americane, così inizierà la campagna elettorale di Zia Paperina e Zio Paperone, che finirà con le foglie morte autunnali al grido "il dado è tratto, e di Papa Bergoglio, che sta entrando nel Guinness dei primati con oltre un milione e mezzo di giovani radunatisi a Cracowia al raduno della gioventù.
Molti, però, si sono scordati che è anche il mese delle olimpiadi della discussione di Rio, con il solo team russo squalificato da molte gare per abuso di farmaci doping, con la città ancora non pronta a ricevere gli sportivi, che gareggeranno in acque contaminate, con le ragazze del Sambodromo che hanno fatto due settimane di coda dai ginecologi, in attesa dell'arrivo del turista molto interessato alla Olimpiade, certamente non é quella sportiva.
Nel marasma di tutto emerge sorridente lo Zar Vladimiro, che da buon pigmalione ci sta dicendo che se non stai attento ti frego pure il pollo in frigorifero.
Andiamo, chi ci crede che sia stata solo la Russia ad aver fatto il doping dei suoi atleti? Chi ci crede alla casualità di Wikileaks? Occupiamoci, invece, del fatto che sono deceduti in questi mesi, personaggi nobili e che non esistono alternative a rimpiazzarli, che la nomina di Hillary alla presidenza segnerà un passo storico, a cui seguiranno decine di donne parlamentari nel mondo a rimpiazzare gli uomini, e che se non ci si butta a testa bassa a combattere lo Stato Islamico, siamo tutti in sabbia mobile e per davvero si rischia che il Ciccio Bello koreano si metta a giocare con i tasti del lancia missili credendo, di star giocando alla Battaglia Navale.

USA - ‘History made’: First ever no-parachute jump pulled off by veteran skydiver
Millions of people across the globe held their breath as American skydiver Luke Aikins jumped out of a plane to fall into a net 25,000 feet (7,620 m) below. The daring stunt is now in the history books as the first complete jump without a parachute.
Aikins, 42, performed the record-breaking jump in Simi Valley, California on Saturday evening. He successfully landed in the 100-by-100 foot (30.5-meter) net, which was set up 20 stories high, as people watched from the ground and cheered.
After just a few moments, Aikins rolled out, got up, picked up his wife, and gave her a celebratory hug.

At least one person has reportedly been killed, and multiple people injured in Austin, Texas after two separate shootings in the downtown area of the city, local police wrote on Twitter. NBC news cited EMS officials who said that a woman in her 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to reports on social media, between four and six people were injured in the incident.

Gender equality
I
dedicate my today’s Editorial for a very disputable subject as gender equality.
Today,
people have abused their rights in everything. Copyrights, consumer rights, children’s rights, property rights and even women’s
rights. And I am not exaggerating at all.
For instance, the political arena is full of
women: Hillary Clinton – nominee of the Democratic Party for the president of
the USA, Angela Merkel – chancellor of Germany, Jean-Marie Le Pen – president of
NF (National Front) Conservative Party of France, Tereza May – Prime Minister
and Leader of the UK’s Conservative Party, Condolezza Rice – political scientist
and diplomat of the USA, Dilma Roussef – president of Brazil, Gabriela Michetti
– vice president of Argentina and yet more to list…
We might not be able to witness their brilliant
accuracy and unforgettable talent in a political career, although they are holding
up their positions.
Gender equality matters here and some of them even
have surplus rights. Do they abuse them?
I think, the answer is clear. People get extremely
excited about the opportunity granted by
law institutions for being equal which soon elaborates into rights abuse. This
makes me upset and regret that human being has no sense of limits and boundaries. Yesterday we posted news about Gender
Equality originated from Euronews Portuguese where was covered the issue of
sexual harassment in the street. Portugal public service initiated the changes
to local laws about sexual harassment to liquidate any sexual assault or abuse
to teenage girls. Also here I recommend to be very accurate and avoid misunderstanding.
Because saying compliment can be perverted into sex invite which is absurd. We
are living in a free society and men are as equal as women. We shall not accuse men for
saying sweet words about particular parts of female body – this is a bizarre. Where
is the sense of life then?
I reckon
on the subject of girls’ education and upbringing
here. If the teenage girl has been seriously
brought up, then there is no real threat, she responds in an appropriate manner
and escapes from harassment.
My opinion to keep up everything in balance is to have less than in excess.

The International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) became the second sports body to ban the entire Russian team from participating in the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Russia’s track & field team had been excluded earlier.

A crowd has been protesting near the Incirlik military base in Adana, Turkey. The base houses US and NATO forces.

X-ray scans of 'exceptional' dinosaur skeleton shed new light on 200mn-yo fossil
The complete skeleton of a 200-million-year-old herbivorous dinosaur discovered in South Africa has been scanned by the world's most intense x-ray source, revealing its ancient story.
The fossil is the most complete skeleton ever to be found of the heterodontosaurus tucki – a small, plant-eating dinosaur that lived during the Early Jurassic period.
The skeleton was analyzed by the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), located in Grenoble, France, which teamed up with the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg to reconstruct and study the dinosaur's skeleton.

Police are investigating reports that an armed person was seen inside an employment agency building in the German city of Cologne. All employees have been ordered to stay inside their offices, and a search operation is underway, police told Express newspaper.
According to German media outlet Bild, police had an arrest warrant for a person who was reportedly inside the employment agency. At the same time, law enforcement were apparently made aware of an armed person in the building.

Turkey orders shutdown of over 130 media outlets, dismisses 2,400 military personnel
Turkish authorities ordered the closure of more than 130 media outlets on Wednesday in a crackdown following July’s failed coup, Reuters reports, citing CNN Turk. Some 2,400 military personnel were also sacked in the Turkish government’s latest move.
The Turkish government shutdown three news agencies, 23 radio stations, 16 TV channels, 45 newspapers, 15 magazines, and 29 publishers and distributors in their crackdown on the media. The army saw 726 officers and 1,684 soldiers discharged, according to the government decree cited by CNN Turk.

Medvedev orders state agencies to switch to Russian-made software in 3 years
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved a plan under which local software companies receive strong preferences in tenders announced by federal ministries and other bodies of state power.
“I have approved the plan of transition to the Russian-made software for federal bodies of executive power as well as state-owned non-budget funds. The plan takes three years, including the current year,” the PM said at the session of the government commission for information technology.
Over this period of time, the government must prepare all necessary legal acts and requirements for the various software needed for the operations of state bodies, including the standards for cloud technology.
The federal law and government order banning the use of all foreign-produced software in state and municipal agencies came into force in Russia on January 1 this year. According to these documents, state bodies and organizations that purchase software necessary for their work will have to choose from programs included in a special register of Russian software.

Assange promises to leak ‘a lot more’ materials on US presidential elections
The leak of 20,000 internal emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC), published by the whistle-blowing website on July 22 “is having so much political impact in the United States,” Julian Assange acknowledged to CNN in a Skype interview on Tuesday.
Speaking to America’s primary media outlet from the safety of Ecuadorian embassy in London, the WikiLeaks founder refused to disclose the source of the leaked batch of DNC emails, particularly avoiding denial or to confirmation of alleged Russian involvement, much talked about by Hillary Clinton’s campaign headquarters. He explained his lack of responsiveness by an obligation to protect WikiLeaks’ information sources.

Russia’s Federal Security Service monitors over 220 potential suicide bombers
Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) is monitoring over 220 potential domestic suicide bombers. It also follows people involved in recruiting candidates for “living bombs” and preparing terrorist acts involving proxy bombers, the agency’s head reveals.
“There are over 220 potential “pseudo-Shakhids [suicide bombers]” under operative supervision in Russia. FSB officers are systematically exposing persons involved in the preparation of kamikaze bombers and staging terrorist acts involving them,” FSB chief Aleksandr Bortnikov said at a meeting of the heads of the security and law enforcement agencies' secret services, which began in St. Petersburg on Wednesday.
FSB has also issued international arrest warrants seeking to detain some 260 terrorist suspects with Russian passports currently residing abroad and actively involved in terrorist activities.
Russian citizens suspected of being involved in terrorist activities abroad are “actively preparing to transfer their operations to Russia and other countries,” Bortnikov noted.
