Tutte le testate giornalistiche o le Agenzie di stampa, si stanno preoccupando per il continuo afflusso di immigrazione dalla Libia verso l'Italia, non tanto per il fattoin sé, quanto per il fatto che la maggioranza di essi muore durante il viaggio. Sino a che punto tutto questo é ammissibile?
Nuova strage di migranti nel canale di Sicilia: un barcone con circa 700 migranti si è capovolto la scorsa notte a circa 60 miglia a nord della Libia. Un mercantile dirottato nella zona ha recuperato solo 28 superstiti, per cui si teme che il bilancio del naufragio sia di poco meno di 700 vittime.
A rescue operation is under way after a boat carrying an estimated 700 migrants capsized at midnight in Libyan waters, 120 miles south of Lampedusa, the Times of Malta reports. Twenty-eight people have been reported rescued, while a number of bodies have been washed ashore in Libya. The migrants reportedly fell overboard when they ran to draw the attention of a passing vessel. A Maltese Navy spokesman told the BBC that Italian ships and commercial boats were also involved in the emergency operation.
