A teenage boy has been charged in connection with a collision that killed a 14-year-old girl as she walked to school. Robert Blackwell is accused of driving the Citroen C2 which hit Liberty Baker in Witney, Oxfordshire on 30 June.The 19-year-old also faces a count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, relating to injuries caused to a man and two other students hurt in the crash.
