Secret Service Director Julia Pierson Quits

Credo che tutti se lo siano aspettato che lei desse le dimissioni,dopo la falla nel servizio di sicurezza per il Presidente degli Stati Uniti.

Julia Pierson, in her position for just 18 months, had come under intense criticism to step down after a September 19 intrusion in the presidential mansion. Barack Obama believed Ms Pierson's resignation was in the best interests of the agency, his spokesman said. The President "concluded new leadership of that agency was required," Josh Earnest told reporters.
