Assegnato il Premio Nobel 2014 per la Medicina

Il Nobel per la Medicina è stato assegnato a John O'Keefe eMay-Britt e Edvard Moser per la scoperta del sistema di cellule che ci permette di orientarci, come una sorta di Gps biologico. 
L'individuazione di questa sistema di cellule nervose risale al 2005 e costituisce una sorta di rete che permette al cervello di avere costantemente le coordinate spaziali del luogo in cui si trova. 

The Nobel Prize for Medicine was awarded to John O'Keefe and May-Britt and Edvard Moser for the discovery of the cell system that allows us to orient ourselves as a kind of biological Gps. 

The identification of this system of nerve cells goes back to 2005 and constitutes a kind of network that allows the brain to constantly have the spatial coordinates of the place where it is located.
