David Cameron has warned that if the Islamic State's onslaught continues Europe will be facing a "poisonous" terrorist state on the shores of the Mediterranean. The Prime Minister said urgent action needs to be taken to defeat the extremist group, which has created an expanding caliphate in the heart of Iraq and parts of Syria.
