What a migrant's distress call in the Mediterranean sounds like
Almost 80,000 migrants have made the crossing to Europe this year from North Africa on rickety vessels. Italy's Coast Guard handles dozens of rescues a day in the Mediterranean. In this distress call, 100 migrants plead for help in saving their lives. Video produced by the BBC's Rome bureau.
