NEUROLOGY - A peek inside a murderer's brain



As we learn more about the human brain, criminologists are discovering the instincts and environmental factors that turn people into murders. Brain scans are now being used in court, keeping some criminals from being paroled and others from being executed. Bio-social criminologists like Adrian Raine, Anthony Walsh, James Blair, Kent Kiehl, Avshalom Caspi, and Terrie Moffitt could one day unlock the mystery behind the interplay of nature versus nurture.
