VIETNAM - The youth vote: Optimism wins in Vietnam

Over 60 million people are heading to the polls in Vietnam, one of the last remaining communist countries in the world. Held every five years, the parliamentary elections will see 500 vetted candidates elected to the National Assembly. In a country described by Human Rights Watch as one of the most repressive in the world, analysts says the elections are nothing but political theatre. But for the country's youth, the vote's being viewed as an opportunity to have a bigger say in how the country is run.
