AMERICAN POLICE - Ga. Deputies Use Stun Guns On Man Who Later Died

Body camera video shows Georgia sheriff's deputies using stun guns, multiple times on a handcuffed man in the back of a vehicle who died shortly after the struggle on an interstate highway. 

After examining this clip and the previous one we posted minutes ago, I really do not understand the reason of this action: knowing the agents what suffering from the victim, enough was to inject 100mg Haldol, a drug very known in the world as a psychotic action stopper. The accuse of Homicide is, in this case, admissible.
