Russia and Saudi agree to keep oil production steady

Energy giants Saudi Arabia and Russia have tentatively agreed to keep oil production steady in order to help stabilise prices.The Saudi and Russian oil ministers made the announcement alongside their counterparts from Qatar and Venezuela.But as Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports, the deal is far from concrete.
