Brazil declares war on Zika virus

Brazil has declared war on the mosquito that carries the Zika virus.  Troops were deployed across the country to hand out leaflets explaining how to destroy the habitats in which it breeds.  And as Rio de Janeiro gets ready to host the Olympic Games, President Dilma Rousseff urged all Brazilians to work together to achieve what she called Zero Zika.
