Italia - Kazakhstan : Caso Shalabayevan - "Falsi lasciapassare con foto fornite da funzionari della polizia"

Nuovi particolari affiorano dall'inchiesta della Procura di Perugia sul caso Shalabayeva. Dagli atti dei pm emerge che i lasciapassare forniti dalle autorità del Kazakistan per l'espatrio di Alma Shalabayeva e della figlia Alua sarebbero stati realizzati apponendovi le foto tratte dal passaporto centrafricano della donna sequestrato. Secondo la Procura di Perugia, infatti, due dei funzionari di polizia indagati avrebbero consegnato copia delle foto a un addetto dell'ambasciata kazaka.

In particolare, secondo l'accusa, Francesco Stampacchia, all'epoca dei fatti commissario capo della Squadra Mobile di Roma, avrebbe consegnato a Maurizio Improta, capo dell'Ufficio Stranieri della questura della capitale ed oggi questore di Rimini, un Cd con le fotografie di Alma ed Alua riprodotte dal passaporto, che si trovava materialmente presso gli uffici della Mobile perchè sequestrato. Dal canto suo Improta - la mattina del 30 maggio e, sempre secondo l'accusa, prima dell'udienza di convalida del trattenimento presso il Cie - avrebbe consegnato le foto a Nurlan Khassen, consigliere dell'ambasciata del Kazakistan.
