Unusual clashes erupt in Japan parliament over security bills

The Japanese parliament continued to house disputes on Thursday (September 17) over moving to vote on controversial security bills, 16 hours after talks began.
Scuffles broke out as opposition party members objected a move made by opposition chairman, Yoshitada Konoike, who had sought to move to vote without debating the issue.
