Australian hospital mistakenly ‘kills’ 200 patients

Australian Hospital
An Australian hospital has apologized after mistakenly sending letters to doctors saying 200 patients had died. The communication should have said they had been discharged. The Austin Hospital in Melbourne has contacted the GPs involved. They have put blunder down to human error.
What we have to believe, now? This is the number thousand information of " bad health service" in the world. Does exist a good hospital sure in all, can ask the users of Health Service in the world? If it exists external control for the activities in the industries, why not extend these controls also to hospitals?
