Lascia perplessi, la notizia che il caso Shalabayeva è stato un atto illegittimo del giudice di pace; Alma Shalabayeva non doveva essere rimpatriata e neppure avrebbe dovuto essere stata fatta la irruzione che ci fu nella notte nella sua casa in Roma. Questo il verdetto della Cassazione che ha accolto il ricorso della moglie del dissidente kazakho Muktar Abliazov.
It is perplexing, the news that the case Shalabayeva was an unlawful act of justice of the peace; Alma Shalabayeva was not to be repatriated, nor should have been made that there was a raid on the night at his home in Rome. That is the verdict of the Supreme Court which upheld the appeal of the wife of dissident Kazakh Muktar Abliazov.
