Kazakhstan plans to develop payment system on base cell phones

Kazakhstan plans to apply modern system of payment on base cell phones. The reaction of citizens will differ from positive to negative though. Because in Kazakhstan all kind of new inserts and innovative ideas doomed to fiasco due to archaic (post soviet) mentality and mainly due to financially unstable situation.
