TAJIKHSTAN - Tajiks vote in referendum seen as cementing president's power

Polls have closed in a referendum in Tajikistan in which people were asked to vote on dozens of amendments seen by analysts as shoring up the power of President Emomali Rahmon. Critics say the vote will hurt civil rights and erode religious freedom.
