JAPAN - Earthquake area devastated by second tremor

                        

At least 19 people are now confirmed dead after another earthquake in southern Japan.The magnitude 7.3 tremor happened in Kumamoto on Kyushu island, from where Al Jazeera's Rob McBride reports
