Triple terror: up to 60 killed, 80 wounded, 3 car bombs explode in Syrian Christian town

Three truck bomb explosions in the town of Tell Tamer in Syria's northeastern Al Hasakah province have killed up to 60 and injured more than 80 people on Thursday, a spokesman for the Syrian Kurdish YPG said on Friday, Reuters reports.

Most of the affected people were civilians, but there were some Kurdish and Assyrian self-defense fighters among them. The vehicles were allegedly packed with large amounts of explosives, which also inflicted significant damage to nearby buildings and infrastructure.
