Foreign ministers meet as security situation in eastern Ukraine deterior...
The foreign ministers of France, Germany, Ukraine and Russia have held crisis talks in Paris as the situation in eastern Ukraine continues to deteriorate.
The atmosphere on the ground is becoming more fraught with frequent ceasefire violations being reported by both sides.
