Ukraine Navy Vessel Attacked, Says Kiev

A rescue operation is under way after a Ukrainian navy vessel was attacked in the Azov Sea, a military spokesman has said.

The vessel is reported to have been attacked by artillery from the shore.

It is not known how many people were on board.
